Refund policy

At Bagzaar, we value your satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our policy below for a smooth return or exchange process.

1. Validity Period

Items can be returned or exchanged within 3 day of the delivery date. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact.

  • You must provide a proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on  sale items unless they arrive damaged.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately.

  • Important: We highly recommend filming an "unboxing video" as proof of the condition of the item upon arrival. This helps us resolve disputes with courier services faster.

4. Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color:

  2. Once your exchange request is approved, send the item back to our warehouse.

  3. After inspection, we will dispatch your replacement.

  • Note: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item sent was faulty.

5. Refunds (if applicable)

  • Refund Method: Refunds are typically processed via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa.

  • Processing Fee: Please note that all refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee, which will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover operational costs.

  • Timeline: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds take [e.g., 5-7] business days to process.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Message our support team with your Order ID and reason for return.

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  3. Ship the parcel to: Karachi.

  4. Share the Tracking Receipt with us once dispatched.
