Thank you for shopping with Bagzaar. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.
1. Delivery Areas & Timeline
We ship across Pakistan. Delivery times vary based on your location:

Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 2 – 3 business days.

Other Cities: 3 – 5 business days.

Remote Areas: 5 – 7 business days.
Note: Orders placed after [Time, e.g., 2:00 PM] will be processed on the next business day. We do not ship on Sundays or National Holidays.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Pre-Payment
We offer two convenient payment methods:

Cash on Delivery: Pay the rider at the time of delivery. Please ensure the exact amount is ready.

Pre-payment: Securely pay via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or Credit/Debit Card.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and/or Email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier’s portal. You can monitor your package's journey in real-time.
4. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your package up to two times. If the delivery fails after two attempts (e.g., the customer is unreachable or the address is incorrect), the order will be returned to our warehouse.

For COD orders: Repeated failed deliveries may result in the suspension of the COD facility for future orders.
5. Inspecting Your Package
Please do not accept the parcel if the seal is broken or the packaging is severely damaged.
Important: As per courier policy in Pakistan, customers are not permitted to open the parcel before making the payment for COD orders. If you find any issues after opening, please contact our customer support immediately.
